1. Policy surrenders - For policies that have attained a surrender value

• • (a)-Termination letter from the policy holder
  • (b)-Original policy document
  • (c)-Copy of ID
  • (d)-Signed Discharge Voucher

2. Loans

• -Loan application
• -Copy of ID
• -Original policy document
• -Signed loan bond
• -Loan repayment instructions

3. Partial Maturities

• -These are processed on the due dates automatically on all policies whose premiums are up to date.
• -Incase of an existing loan, the partial maturity payable will be less the outstanding amount.
